Health Coaching for Kids and Families

I provide coaching for children and teens between 5-21 years old, and their families. My Family Health Coaching provides support for:

Food and Nutrition

  • Picky eating

  • Unhealthy eating

  • Overweight, pre-diabetes/diabetes

  • Impulsive eating

  • “Food fights,” ie those unproductive struggles over food at the dinner table

Behavioral Health

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Feeling down

  • School issues

  • Erratic sleep patterns

  • Not enough physical activity
